The jaunt can be even sweeter this winter as Young’s are offering an incredible #WinterTreat offer – a staycation for two at one of their classic or boutique hotels. It includes a welcome drink on arrival, dinner and bed and breakfast for either £119 or £139. It’s an offer too good to refuse, right? Although I’d hurry as it expires on the 25th February. Head to Young’s Pubs website for booking details.

My morning started with a delicious fluffy omelette with cheese and mushroom and a side of beans. Don’t fear you’ll find the traditional blogger breakfast too a.k.a. smashed avo.
